Technical advice and samples
Our technical team helps you choose the right grade and dosage for your application and process. Samples with a data sheet can be sent for laboratory or field trials.
Custom grades and milling
Besides our standard grades, gilsonite can be crushed, screened and milled to the particle size your process needs. Ask us about custom specifications.
Export packing
25 kg paper or woven bags and 1 MT jumbo bags, palletized, capped, stretch-wrapped and strapped, with product name, batch number and safety information printed on every bag. Private-label printing can be discussed. See Packing and Logistics.
Quality control and inspection
Every lot is tested before packing and shipped with a Certificate of Analysis. Third-party inspection by SGS or another agreed company can be arranged at loading. See Quality Control and Certificates.
Logistics and delivery
We load containers, flatbed trucks and bulk shipments and arrange delivery under the agreed Incoterm. See Logistics & Delivery.
Export documents and customs
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or CMR, certificate of origin, COA and MSDS are prepared for each shipment, together with any other document your customs clearance requires.
After-sales support
We follow every shipment until it arrives and remain available for technical questions when the material is in use.
