Micronized grades disperse fastest.
Is it compatible with polymers?
With many, but test each system.
Can you supply samples?
Yes, contact our sales team.
What makes gilsonite different from synthetic hydrocarbon resins?
It is a natural material with high softening point, strong adhesion and deep black colour, often at a lower cost.
Does it dissolve in water?
No. It dissolves in aromatic solvents, many oils and hot bitumen.
How should I store it?
Dry, covered and away from heat, on pallets.
Can it be used in food-contact or pharmaceutical products?
