Before application

  • Substrate cured, clean, dry and free of sharp edges
  • Weather forecast checked (no rain, temperature within limits)
  • Materials stored correctly and within shelf life

During application

  • Primer coverage and drying time respected
  • Thickness measured with a wet-film gauge
  • Overlaps and laps sealed
  • Corners, drains and penetrations reinforced

  • Visual inspection for pinholes, blisters and gaps
  • Flood or spray test where possible
  • Protection layer installed before other trades work on the area

Documentation
